Inhabitants of the Causal Plane
Since our main focus will be healing techniques (Tech) from the Causal Plane, it’s important to better understand the nature of the Causal Plane and its inhabitants. This information comes from the Michael Teachings, which are in close alignment with the Council of One.
Here is what the Michaels tell us about themselves, and about us:
Soul Groups
We all begin our lives on Earth when we are Cast from the Tao (the Source). We do this with a group of around one thousand Souls, with whom we will have ongoing, intimate relationships. From Michael’s perspective, each individual human being is a fragment, a small portion of a much larger, fully integrated being, or Entity (or Soul Group, or Oversoul).
As each member of our Soul Group completes its life lessons, and balances its karma, it Cycles Off to the Astral Plane, to guide and support its brothers and sisters, as they complete their lessons.
Once all members Cycle Off, they merge on the Astral Plane, then ascend together to the Causal Plane, to continue their evolution there. Ascending to the Causal Plane is like leaving the Physical Plane to ascend to the Astral. In each case, it is more of a transformation than a death, as we awaken to greater Light, Love, and Consciousness.
Causal Entities
Once stabilized on the Causal Plane, these Soul Groups function as teachers and guides to those of us still incarnate. Because they know that ultimately that we are all one, connected together in Eternity, it is in their best interest to support us. The Michaels serve us by providing maps of Consciousness and evolutionary concepts, to guide us on our journey.
Other well-known Causal Teaching Entities include Seth, Ramtha, and Abraham-Hicks.

Council of One
The Council of One are similar to these various Causal Teaching Entities, with one important difference: they are healing experts drawn from all the different Causal Teaching Entities.
They include the most gifted healers ever to walk the Earth, and they continue their Evolution by helping us from the Causal.
